  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Refund Process: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account or Easypaisa within 5–7 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • If the product is opened or used

    • If return request is made after 48 hours

    • Change of mind or personal preferences
